Policies:
- 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The balance
is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 14 days
prior to arrival.
- If
a cancellation occurs 14 days or more prior to the reservation date, a full
refund will be made of any funds received minus a $100.00 processing fee.
- For
reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival the total amount will
be due before arrival. The method of payment will be determined at
the time of booking
