Lodge Rental Information:
This is a privately-owned 1BR/1 BA unit at the Christie Lodge in Avon, Colorado.
For full week rentals check-in/check-out is on Saturday. You can check in or out anytime during your week at the 24-hour front desk. Rentals of less than a week can choose to check in Saturday - Tuesday.

Reservation Policy:
Confirmation on all reservations requires a non-refundable deposit of $200 and payable at the time of booking. Remaining payment is due 15 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:
Failure to make complete payment less than 15 days prior to the check-in date will cancel your reservation.
Departure prior to scheduled check out times will result in forfeiture of the remaining unused balance.
