  • Our condo is supplied with linens, towels and a complete kitchen. Our condo is cleaned and prepared with fresh linens & sundries for your arrival. (We do not have daily maid service)
  • Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 6:00p.m. on the day of arrival. If the Unit is ready & available before 4:00 pm we will make every effort to let you in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-ins. Please contact our office at (800) 872-8789 if your arrival is after 6:00 pm for late check-in procedures
  • Check-in procedures and the distribution of keys will be handled at our office at 400 N. Park Ave. Suite 9A, Breckenridge, Colorado 80424. There is a late check in box at this location. This location is at the south end of the City Market shopping center just one block east of Main St as you come into Breckenridge from the North
  • Checkout time is 10am. To ensure proper accommodation of any incoming guests, this checkout time must be strictly enforced to avoid additional charges equivalent to one night's rental

  • $90.00 cleaning fee to be paid with final bill before arriving.
